It's very clear the holes in the hinges are reamed out or the pins have worn down because there is a lot of play in them. If I have to, I'll make bushing with new pins.

My doors are drooping enough to make shutting them a but awkward. Can I just replace the pins or do the hinges need to be replaced too? Any other tricks to repairing this?
