I guess the theory that there was another toilet originally is as good as any. When we bought the van, from a very brief second owner, we got the owner's manual. This contraption is not mentioned...

Hi there,
Curiosity got the best of me. I'm assuming most battery vents are passive. Never seen a lever attached to one before. How is it to be used? Not mentioned in owner's manual and SMB...
