I also started with a VW, a 68 I picked up when I was about 14 yrs. old, for $200. It was in about the same shape as this one. My Dad and I both learned a lot about body work...

I crowned my new shop with the king of all home shop tools this weekend. It's actually been laying on the floor in pieces for months but it's finally in. My expedition is about 7.5' high with the box...
