Iirc the Torque pro app can be used with a tablet...

Iirc the Torque pro app can be used with a tablet too, and those can be found cheap on CL.
CEL= check engine light, which usually has an associated code attached.

i don't have enough info on the livewire system...

i don't have enough info on the livewire system but it appears to display/ monitor. my sct is a basic version which is meant to alter the vehicles functions w/o displaying.
