This conversion was not done well. I don't even think it's a Javier van, unless it was an early version. He seems to have mostly figured out geometry recently, and this sample isn't even close.

Some leaf-spring conversions were done so poorly, there's nothing you can really do to make them better, aside from yanking out the front axle and doing it over. Ditto a bad coil-spring conversion...
