Glad to report that after I contacted them again...

Glad to report that after I contacted them again they sent a completely new battery kit. Whew. It's charging now (arrived at 11.8v).

I bought an XP-10 in the spring, and I discovered it failed shortly thereafter.

No problem, I thought; has a warranty. I returned it at the end of October. Here it is early December and still...
