I need the company name of SMB's electronic installer. (Rob R.'s company name). My receipt only says audio visual installation. KVH wants the company KVH rep name. Thanks, RD

Yep: I'm in Fullerton. I've had almost no usage out of this thing in two years and I need to know if it's the antenae or the receiver. I spent $150 yesterday and then rep couldn't even tell me which...
