2001 Sportsmobile RB 50 4x4

Ford E-350 Quigley Four-Wheel Drive, Triton 5.4 V 8 engine

88,600 miles

In addition to the normal RB 50 equipment (like refrigerator, sink, two tables, swivel seats, pop-up roof): Extra leaf springs in back, Toyo A/T 285 tires (8000 miles), Bilstein shocks (8,000 miles), 44 gallon Transfer-Flow gas tank, Starcool A/C (works with car engine and separately on 120 V), propane water heater (great for off-the-grid), portable shower (for inside the van), porta potti, propane heat, propane stove, Warn winch (can be installed in front and back of van, via trailer hitches), 120-Watt solar panel and Blue Sky charger (solar panel is rack-mounted and removable), extra large 200 Amp battery, three headrests on back seat, shoulder belts on right-hand and left-hand seats in the back, removable extra seat (van seats up to 6 with seat belts and headrests), Yakima roof box, roof rack, lockable aluminum box for back, four bicycle carrier on rear ladders, cover for van.

I notice there's a box on the roof..so the penthouse has a motor??

Actually, the penthouse does not have a motor. The tension of the springs can be adjusted, so the roof is not that hard to move manually if you don't put very heavy items in the roof box. Thanks for checking.

Probably should mention as well that I am the original owner. Almost all miles are long distance. The van was never used as daily commuter.

The van was built in Austin and spent its life in Texas, until this spring, when we moved to Nashville, TN.

Surprised this hasn't sold yet. Maybe I am the only one that digs the layout and options? Is the sellers price inline with other equivalent 5.4s? I have no affiliation but just curious.

Agreed, looks like a nice van with rare third captains chair.

I think location is a challenge, but somebody should get this!
