I won this at the rally. The rack mounts to the Aluminess Baja Box, Galley Box or Double Camp Box. It's a very clean set up, but I have the old Road Armor Bumpers and can't mount the rack to my bumpers.
The Kit is brand new and includes everything: D-Handle shovel, Full Size Axe, the rack, two weather proof Master locks.
