I guess I should have clarified my living arrangements.
Didn't think anyone would remember the Federal Prison Camp. Just for the record, while I felt like an inmate, I was just a teenager at the time, and my father was staff at the camp.
There were 26 houses at the camp from the former Air Force Station there, and most of them were reserved for administrative staff and department heads. The former barracks buildings were used as the inmate dormitories. Since this was a Level 1 camp, there was no fence surrounding the facility. I believe the radar building was still active at that time.
