Herb, I was sad to see you leave as a nearby neighbor of mine, but this looks like a fine setup. I suppose there will be an equally nice home with those garages? I've forgotten why you left Ventura, but it must have been OK with the wife. Congrats on the move and the property. How big is the ranch?
