I concure
Wilson is a walk thru also

I like the fact that i can access everything from inside

Added bonus:
the gaucho can be 1/2 folded up and Mrs. Wilson still has sleeping space
and i can make coffee
(we sleeep downstairs)

It looks very nice in there. I wish we could have put the fridge in the back but with the rear dinette in our 61 layout it is up front across gaucho and we can only open it about 80 d. No big deal though since we only remove one beverage at a time and it is nice being able to walk through.

Re: EB 71 Living Space: Walkthrough Floor Plan

Anyone with larger dogs in a center aisle layout? We have 2 pups (and will always) and are concerned that they would have trouble getting out of the back once they started that direction.

Also, can anyone point me to more photos of the goucho in the sleeping position?

Thanks!

Re: EB 71 Living Space: Walkthrough Floor Plan

We have two 60 lb dogs that almost always travel with us (RB van). The center aisle layout has worked great for us and they have absolultey no problems navigating the space. They always sleep down below and we sleep up top. I don't think we have ever folded out the gaucho as they would have a lot less space to sleep. If we only had one dog, that would be ok though.

The center aisle layout has been perfect for us, especially since I lock up our surf boards in it on a day to day basis (anywhere from 5'8 - 9'2).

Re: EB 71 Living Space: Walkthrough Floor Plan

Very nice surfgeek, puts my interior to shame. I have the brown "wood" with green upholstery, lots and lots of green. No complaints, but the new ones sure do look better.

I too have my fridge in the back but find it cumbersome to always have to crawl into the van to get something out. I wish my fridge was accessible from open side door. A fridge with the door facing forward and swinging to the right just behind the side door would be ideal for me.

I never really did get the 50 plan. How do you guys get to the stuff in the back. Not from the inside I guess. I only open my rear van doors a couple times a year.
