Your transmission may require a different connector, but here is the one I used.

Epic Thread! I'm glad to see your compass is still on North and thanks for showing the vulnerable side, Arctic

Today’s update: 24 hours after filing a complaint with the state attorney generals office of consumer protection and the BBB, I got a call from the service manager at the dealer who asked me to bring in my receipts so he can “submit” my claim for consideration. This is the same guy who two days ago told me I would never be able to submit a claim for reimbursement, and said “that’s not possible”. They are clearly in violation of the law and could be liable for up to “treble” damages, I think that got their attention.

Garage
If the wind continues to blow in your direction, I don't think it would be out of line to bring your recent repair bill to the table...since they initially refused to offer any resolve, this forced you to locate another source to fix the issue. The fact they are entertaining taking some action now, suggests this path was more than likely available from the onset but 'someone' just didn't want to make the effort.
I'll be rooting for you from the bleachers!

Terrific Jeff - keep all barrels loaded - looks like you're on your way to resolution of an issue that should have been resolved days if not weeks ago ! Be sure to request payment or reimbursement for time spent on the issue !
