Just a heads up the Mr. Buddy heaters top of the food chain latest and greatest, the Big Buddy, now allows you to connect two 1lb propane bottles at the same time. If you keep it on low it will easily get you through the night. I used it over the weekend with temps in the low 30's and had to roll my windows down some because even on low and with a penthouse top it was quite warm in the van. It's a bit trippy having basically a portable fireplace in the center aisle of the van, but definitely cranks out the heat.

When I used my Little Buddy I always took the fire extinguisher to bed with me. A bit disconcerting to have it snap off in the middle of the night due to CO too...
