Re: Wheel Spacers?
I suggest Fred Goeske at:
http://www.wheeladapter.com/
He knows what he is doing, knows when you need lug-centric or hub-centric, knows when you need cone lugs, flat lugs, stud sizes, etc.
Not cheap, just the best.
No affililation, just a satisfied customer.

Re: Wheel Spacers?
I bought and installed the 2" SuperTrack (formerly CorrecTrack) spacers. Purchase was a piece of cake. I installed them myself while rotating the wheels. Basically just like bolting on two more wheels. I did have to go out and buy a bigger 250# torque wrench as the 100# wrench wasn't enough. No complaints from me. My brother has the same ones and a lot more miles with no complaints either.

Re: Wheel Spacers?
Don't mess with junk, and don't skip re-torquing and checking. I've had a tire shop take issue (search my Discount Tire posts from Tucson) but most places never even comment. The bad Discount did the work on my van and informed me when they gave it back that I could never bring it there again. Like I said, outside of that I've had no actual issues.

Re: Wheel Spacers?
I spoke with Fred Geoske today and he seems to know his spacers. Just like Mike said he's not cheap, I do have a call into the Henderson shop and I will see what they have to say.
Thanks so much for the input it couldn't be a more serious part to be messing with.
Ron

Re: Wheel Spacers?
Fred's crew made me a custom set. Took the van into the shop, they measured and made me a set of hub-centric on the spot. They know their stuff.
I have checked the torque a couple of times. They ain't going anywhere! Being that the hub to spacer is hub centric the only thing the orginal studs do is hold the spacer on. That also goes for the spacer to wheel connection. Only bad thing that I can not install an orginal wheel onto the spacer.
Well worth the price!

Re: Wheel Spacers?
They look like aluminum. The ones Fred made for me are aluminum. But, he will make steel if you insist - but why would you?
