Looking good, I feel your pain with tbe warped panels. Its been stupid hot up here and I was making some replacement panels for the doors because my stock plastic panels with carpet glued to them and a bamboo strip of wood was annoying me ha ha. So ya, they arent straight anymore but whatever. And ive been using the same "blow out the door" method ha ha.

Never fails to be 105+ when I get a free weekend on the van.

Excellent execution on the rapid proto heater duct adapters......really cool. Those are things many folks need.

Thank You! I have a couple more coming, really helps solve some issues and a heck of a lot easier than fabbing them out of metal or wood. Hopefully the PLA can handle the heat, otherwise might have to redo them out of something else. ABS is notoriously hard to print and I have not tried it yet.
But yeah, it's not like you can jump online and buy 3.5" ducting elbows and right angle registers.

I like the look of the grain, but maybe it's the lighting seems kinda dark inside??

Pic was taken late in the day, but it is a little dark inside with the heavy tint. Living where it's always sunny makes me want a dark cave to hide out in.

Great build..
I am new here.. Been wanting an adventure van for decades. Just purchased 1 similar to yours with a Quigley 4x4 Conv. Chassis, that was used as a crew vehicle.. I'll be gutting and starting soon. I'm learning a lot from your build. Thanks for sharing.

A couple of bullet points:
The trimetric is awesome. While it doesn't monitor each load, you can at least see what your amp draw is for any given appliance etc. It's a great little unit, can't wait to get the solar on it.
The Blue Sea ACR and RBS are great units as well. Just gotta watch as the ACR will connect when the charger is on and it's set for AGM. Don't think it would hurt the starter battery, but I'd rather just keep that a separate issue.
USB chargers and 12 Volt receptacles everywhere.
Got the Espar B4 operating, it cranks but I feel bad if anyone tent camps near me when it's on
I still have a lot of work to do. But we are going camping next weekend to Carpinteria State Beach and I have a working van.
