I made a rough kitchenette area. My plan was to make something simple, see how I liked it, then make the final version. It works fine. I don't think I need to change anything. The top will become a butcher block wood.

For the plumbing, I used this as my guide but tweaking it to fit my needs (https://faroutride.com/water-system/).

I decided to use quick disconnect jugs instead of a water tank to make cleaning easier. So far I'm happy with it but I don't have an outside shower yet. I doubt I'll go to a tank

Thanks. I got the aluminum off my donor van too but it’s pretty rough.

The EGR valve looks very similar to an outboard thermostat I cleaned over the summer. It was good as new after.

Edit: I tried to post pictures from my album but they aren’t showing up.

Man, nice work! Top swap turned out great. I was curious how you were going to handle the rear.

Any RV shop has it, or can get it, or Amazon. Just Google RV trim molding. It's very popular stuff covering white boxes all over the land.

Ha! Funny how this stuff works sometimes. I'm about to pay more for a top than I did for my van!

Related to this "aluminum roof trim" -- I've got close to 3/4 full roll of the vinyl trim piece (3/4 or 1 inch wide ?) that goes into the alum trim channel - for free if you pay shipping to wherever you are. PM me and we can do the deal ?
