Nice 4x4 east coast

Good price for this van , but can't for the life of me figure out what the racks were for.

Re: Nice 4x4 east coast
If that mileage is correct, I'd say that's a good deal. Nice seats too.
Maybe the racks were for a video crew?

Re: Nice 4x4 east coast
That's an odd setup with the seats inside. Harnesses on the back seats? The rack has me thinking maybe it's a hot-air balloon chase vehicle?

Nice 4x4 east coast
Probably just a modern, safe family vehicle, eh?

Re: Nice 4x4 east coast
Kind of looks like the passenger windows might open up, with those billet pieces supporting the window in the up position.

Re: Nice 4x4 east coast
Huh, wonder what movie set it was used on? Not too many of them shot around here.

From the add:
This vehicle was used as a chase vehicle for films, such as Fast and Furiuos 4, Mr and Mrs Smith, Wanted, Knightrider TV series and more.
