Successfully filled and drained the tank! I think I may have a small air leak somewhere., when I flip the warerpump switch, the tank builds the pressure, then continues to " blip" and doesn't stop. The faucet has adequate pressure, but the tank doesn't seem to hold pressure. There are no water leaks and the fittings seem tight.

The siphon works great if filling from H2O jugs or a 5 gal tank. But, doesn't your rig have a hose bib connector on the exterior?

Yes it does. I was able to fill it with a garden hose

Does it do that with the tank 1/2 full? On mine there is a line toward the top that SMB did with a felt pen and they said not to fill past that. They told me there needs to be a little room to pressurize the tank. Other than that I'd say you have a leak somewhere and if it's inside you'll want to find it fast. BTW you did shut off the gray valve after filling the tank right?
Also avoid garden hoses and go get a potable water hose.

I like to take showers andI typically carry 5-10 extra gallons of water. Filling from the inside is a royal PITA so I installed a shur-flo pump on the frame. Works like a charm.

Tapatio, I like that idea, and in fact I have a 2nd water pump under my sink that was used for a water heater by PO until they removed it so I can use that.
