Anyone identify these Nerf Bars???

Have a 2006 E-350 and am searching for Nerf Bars that provide a lower step (wife struggles at times due Knee replacements). looked at the Aluminess Nerf Bars (and many others) but the steps really are not low enough. Have been considering hoop steps (lower than our current setup) but recently ran across this rig listed on E-bay (picture below). Unfortunately each time I try make contact I get a "mailer demon" error, So thought posting it here someone may be able to identify the manufacturer...any clues?

Yes those are made by Crows 4x4 down in Tijuana. That van is 100% crows. Not sure you'll be able to get any with out buying a van, which is not a good idea. He does have a Facebook page so maybe reach out to him there… Good luck be interesting to see how good the welds are on his steps.

I was pretty confident someone here would recognize them. I like that the steps are lower, but not sure I want to pursue this product , so may just have something fabricated specific to our needs.
Thanks MSD for the response!

Is it just me or is that van leaking some kind of vehicle blood?
