2009 RB V-10 Quigley FS - SOLD

Well, my job has me traveling more than I'd like and the SMB is just not getting worked out enough, so I've decided to sell.

As mentioned in the thread title, it is a 2009 E350 V-10 with Quigley...

Re: Who uses their van for surfing?

I've been asked what the longest surfboard that fits in my racks on an RB van is and I did not have a definitive answer because I usually carry my surfboard in the aisle and keep the racks for...

Re: Who uses their van for surfing?

Anything up to about 9' (8'6" for sure) should fit on the rack behind the front seat. I can fit an 11'6" SUP in the aisle on my RB.

I haven't had a chance to try to fit my 9'6" longboard on the...

I bought a Heavy Duty, kink free, indoor outdoor (10 gauge-3 conductor) Extension cord from Ridgid, cut off the 15 amp female side and installed a 30 amp female I purchased at the home depot, that...

Has anyone found the source of the "Econoline Mouse"?

Has anyone found the source of the "Econoline Mouse"?

Every Ford van I've been in, cargo or passenger, has a little squeak that seems to come from somewhere near the rear doors. It is like a...

Re: Best rainy day comforts or space expansions

Well, I can think of one thing, but it can get expensive when you factor in the subsequent costs of having to pay for diapers, formula, college educations, etc.

Re: Oct Trip to West Coast of Florida --MTN Biking & Skating

Those are some great links you posted there. I'm in South Florida as well and don't know much about the Tampa Bay & Ocala areas, so it's always helpful.

I don't think I can get up there soon,...

Re: Empty SMB weighs same as GVWR

Well, I drove by a scale today and the curiosity got the better of me (and cost me $9). My gross weight is 8640#, 860# below the GVWR. This was full of windsurfing gear, 3 windsurf boards inside +2...

Re: Penthouse issues.

No idea!

My guess is that SMB buys the PH top from different f/glass manufacturers and they each have a different mold and different processes. Mine has an "M" molded on the rear of the top. I...

Re: Side door step: full length or half?

My 4D house battery is in that location, mounted from below through an opening in the floor. It is inaccessible from the top.

Re: how do you install what generator under a ford van?

Re: how do you install what generator under a ford van?

It doesn't. Vibration is really not noticeable and the humming inside, is not intrusive and doesn't require you to raise your voice to maintain a normal conversation.

Outside is a different story...

Re: Brand-Newbie has questions ...

If you're not interested in 4X4, the choice is simple. Sprinter is quieter, more comfortable, has better driving dynamics and fuel economy and is the clear choice. I wouldn't worry too much about...

Re: What was a mistake or waste of $$$ on your van?

I LOVE my big water tank. Empty it often. And I don't even have a sink- just an outside shower!

I think my big waste of money was the air compressor. It comes in quite handy when you need it,...
