Normally bearings only need to be serviced when replacing rotors -OR- after any time they have ben submerged in water.

I don't remember the resistance spec off-hand, but one thing that happens with age is they short internally, causing current to go up. 1 or 2 and it'll still work, but draw down the battery faster....

You won't find serviceable bearings for a 2002 F-series. You would have to go back to a '97 F250. But before you do that, check if you have Ford rotors. They may be Chevy? In which case you're best...
