Nice Van.
Saw it has a roof rack. Does it have the power pop up?
Sent you a pm.

It is a manual Pent House Pop Top - not electric. The roof has the rails in place and the actual racks will be included in the sale.

Shore power or campground hook-ups are required to power the 2 1/2 gallon 120V electric water heater which is located in the cabinet below the sink, to run the microwave oven, and to use the StarCool air condioner.
There is NO onboard propane tank installed so NO built-in furnace or stove.

The generator will charge the batteries. The water heater and the StarCool are both huge battery drainers so expect to have to run the generator a significant time to replenish.

Re: 2006 Ford E250 5.4L V-8 $39,950 54,000 Miles
Great looking van! I noticed that the penthouse top goes all the way up to the front windshield. Did you special order it this way? There has been some mention where people wished SMB offered this, but this is the first factory installed top that I've seen that goes to all the way up to the front. Are the latches on the exterior to hold the top down? Also, what do you use the extra space above the cab for? Storage when the top is up?
