Glad to see you made more progress!

Edit - After doing a couple of these you think I would have learned to put the radius arms on first, but I haven't gotten it right once.
I've been looking for the part number for those upper spring perches for a while. THANK YOU. I wasn't even sure a conversion from leaf back to coil was possible till now...

We've had this van in the shop for a bit for some upgrades. Just got it back from the paint shop after installing a 55 gallon fuel tank behind the axle. The dies we use to make the fuel door recess really work great! Looks like a factory fuel door and it's achieved without welding in a panel. This is the 6th van we've done...and a few more lined up already this year.

Cool die and result! Can’t even tell. It just gave me an idea that you could use that to also hide a shore power connector or water inlet, too, for more of a stealth look that doesn’t scream “campervan.”

That was actually MGs idea for the stock filler since he wont need it any more. Great minds....

Shhh...that's a HORRIBLE idea and will not work whatsoever. No one should even try this.

A little more custom work wrapped up on this van...

Low profile aluminum roof rack, ready to haul some bikes and gear!

I wanted the gutter mounts to be stout...

Tube fits were dialed in prior to welding...

Access to the rack will be from a custom ladder on the back of the van. no pics of that until it's back from powder coating and the rear bumper is assembled.
