ISO quigley adjustable torque arms

Hi all, just picked up a 2003 7.3 with quigley 4x4 and sportsmobile rb50 layout. I’m busy trying to get the rig ready for an extended trip by the end of the month.

Hoping I can get my hands on the agile RIP kit, and since I have the original c box arms, I wanted to replace them preemptively. Rather than spending the money on the newer quigley, am searching for a better quality adjustable set since in the future I’ll likely add more lift and go from 33 to 35. Seems like all the companies I’ve come across on the forums either no longer exist or no longer make them; agile, ccv, or cage.

Anyone know of another company that manufactures ones that I could get my hands on?

If youre looking for something better than what Quigley offers why not just remove your arms, take measurements, and have a set custom built?

There are other arms out there, however i doubt that any of them are going to be a direct bolt-on for a Quigley van as each manufacturer tends to have their own unique setup considering that the E series van did not come from Ford as a 4x4.

I just received my new upgraded tubular control arms from Quigley. They are very high quality and look pretty bomb proof. If price is of any concern, I think it would be hard to beat the $750 cost from Quigley with a custom application.

Right, but the OP would like ADJUSTABLE so that in the future he can move the axle forward to gain clearance and fit larger tires.
Any competent fab shop should be able to take your existing arms and make a tubular set with adjustable heim joints to fit. CCV (Derek) made mine years ago, I know that Don at Boulder Offroad has done longer fixed length ones. Where are you located?

I’m short on time preparing the van for extended travel, which is why I was hoping there may have been an off the shelf adjustable arm I hadn’t heard of. In the meantime, since Agile recommended just getting the standard updated quigley arms, I ordered and just received those. In the future when/if I decide to swap to 35” tires, will look into getting a custom made set then. Time to start bolting up all the new suspension pieces, thx for everyone’s advice!
