Post Radius arm bracket

Hello! I purchased a 94 E150 econoline with some 08 F250 front and rear axles. Have an E40D transmission the guy who sold the van to me had to use with the 5.8 351W V8, and still need to buy the transfer case.

Wanted to get some info from some of you pros:

1) Where did you get your front radius arm brackets? Or did you custom order them?
2) What transfer case do you use? Any reccommendations on where I can buy one?
3) Where did you find the info for the torque bolts.

Would appreciate any info.

If you have a totally stock E-Series front suspension I would and have ordered the radius arm rear brackets from Ford. You could also find them in a scrap yard but I would go new.

BTW if you go that route consider using urethane bushings---I get mine from Energy Suspension: 4.7107R. If you go that route there is a small caveat about using those parts--you want to reuse or replace the Ford plastic spacer Energy Suspension instructions says to NOT use. That's wrong and they've been told.
