Lots of work to make that swap... I'm biased but I think you'd be better off converting your rig to 4wd with our kit. Will be a bit more $$, less time but you'll wind up with a better setup.
There's a Quigley E350 rolling chassis with engine, transmission and all drivetrain parts for $1300 on the South NJ Craiglist, posted yesterday. I don't have the link or know anything about it. No pics in the ad either. At $1300 it's tempting!
I think Chris is right about using his kit as being an easier option.
I think the quigley bracketry may have changed over the years. Make sure the van frames have the same dimensions fri 97 - 08

A friend of mine did the swap a few years ago without much trouble. Bought the donor for $1500.
