Somehow I missed this post in one of my multiple searches. This statement pretty well sums up what I've seen elsewhere on 2WD 265/75/16 installs.

E-250 stock lift, upgraded to 265/75/16 AT. I'm calling it "good" for my setup and lifted dimensions.

Test fit.
Going to need to trim the lower front bumper plastic valence just a bit. Also going to try to rig a way to install the center cap on the front. Shallow depth dust cap combined with center cap spaced out a bit to create room for the center cap. (I know...overkill but hey.).

According to Vision Wheel, this should do the trick. 1.25" depth center cap.

Well, there's no solid answer on running 265/75/16 on our vans without lift or trimming.

As many have said: "it depends".

In my case, I still had to trim the lower front bumper plastic s bit, and make minor adjustments to the inner rear front fender trim. Mine had aluminum mud flaps from the original owner which pulled the inner fender lip out a bit over time. I had to remove the mud flaps and bend the inner lip of the fender back a bit. I also had to trim a bit of the bottom pinch weld on one side since it appeared out of spec vs. the driver side, pushing the fender liner out a fair amount.

Now all is well, but with the Sumitomo Encounter AT fresh tread, I can just touch the radius arm at full right lock.

At the end of the day, if my math is correct, I gained about 3" up front and 4" in back over my tired stock springs and factory 235/75/15 XL tires by going with Moog/Precision labeled CC880-(not S) front springs and 43-1033HD springs in back, along with 16x8 rims 4.5"bs and LT265/75/16 Encounter AT tires.

Have to give a shout out to BB Wheels (distributor) and Vision Wheels (manufacturer) for coming through on the deeper center caps to handle the 2wd front hub and dust cap.

Van looks great Dave. That wheel/tire combo with your colors is absolutely perfect IMO.

I found this on the Youtube. I did not watch the whole thing but it might have some more info on the subject:

Thank you sir.

Saw that lift kit awhile back and was thinking spacers up front weren't the best idea for us Ford van folk.
