It would have taken me at least 6 maybe even 7 minutes to doodle those doodles.
Very nice preliminary sketches! can't wait to see finished drawings.

That is the very way I envisioned the swing arm mounts in the storage box.

in addition if the swing arm were to not only mount to the top / surface of the box but also be located / fastened to the bottom interior of the box IMO would prove to be a very strong pivot point. (spindle same height as box)

I like the looks of the "Thin bumper cap" looks like the type of bumper that would be on a Sportsmobile.

Lastly an idea for a single swing arm / centered spare tire mounted lower to retain unobstructed view thru rear windows. used with your bumper cap with the wide recessed center section.

i posted these on my build thread a while back. Steel Winch Cradle with an aluminum shell and guards

This is the rear with welded in spindles. I like boywonders storage access. Thinking about a drawer maybe. One thing I wanted was the ability to rotate the galley box 180 so it would face toward where the awning will be.

Nothing earth shattering here and my stuff tends to emulate what I see which in this case was aluminess. I like MBR's bull bar concept. Been thinking about how to incorporate some squared uprights and give the bumper more detail.

Zeta did a pretty good bumper remodel. More pics in his album.

If you weren't planning on underfloor storage then the storage pocket on my bumper design could extend much further forward.....no reason there couldn't be a drawer/drawer slides in there.

Stainless slides are readily available.....a little pricey......nothing this crowd can't handle......

The vertical depth is driven somewhat by mounting a trailer hitch......

And for another idea to toss into the mix....
Every time I climb up on top of the front tire to clean the windshield I wish for a retractable step extending back from the corner of the front bumper....

I was looking at the photo and thought "oh cool someone else did a Move Bumper as well...." but then I realized it was my van. Slow morning over here!
