Move Offroad Rear Bumper

Update to the Move Bumper install....

I wasn't a fan of the light color and pattern of the OLB lights in the bumper we wired for aux reverse use. They were too close to a spot pattern and the blue color detracted from clarity.

I replaced them with Baja Designs Squadron Sport flood lights and the difference is staggering. The BD product quality is superb and their customer service is second to none. Highly recommended for all your led lighting needs.....

As far as departure angle, it sits closer to the body and does have a more aggressive angle up, so I'd say there would be a difference. Edit, the difference in approach angle would be positive. This bumper provides more approach than the stock step bumper did.

The stock Bumper is way lighter!
I just measure, as its sitting around here: 15,60 kg or double + 10% - so 36 pounds. That´s the front bumper, the rear should be not much more.

I have a Hobart 140 Mig welder, do you think that would be enough welder to tackle a job like this?

With proper beveling of the weld joints and the duty cycle of the machine respected you will be just fine. It's a really fun project!
