Retrofitting power front seats to Ford E-Van?

I've been wondering about the possibility of retrofitting a power front captain's chair to my 1998 E250 SMB. I have a line on a Chateau power front driver's seat, complete with wiring harness.

My van has the RV prep package (or whatever it's called), with power windows, locks, cruise, and most of the other niceties of a passenger van of the era. Would the power driver's seat be plug and play? Is the wiring there even though my van didn't come with a power seat?

Thanks!

Even if you don't have the wiring harness prewired, all you would need to do is run a 12v and ground wire to the plug on the chair. Should be pretty simple.

Thanks! Yeah, I didn't think about it, but I guess the power seat controls are stand-alone and not dependent on any dash switches or anything.

Put a fuse or better yet a breaker on the hot side of the wiring. Better yet run it through the factory fuse box and circuit if it's there from the factory.
