Side door windows are, imho, best done by changing out the door(s) to an OEM windowed door. You might also consider installing a CR Laurence FW904RS awning in the slider.
(Sorry about sideways pic)
The awning windows (and OEM pop outs) are a great solution as they provide ventilation even when it is raining, something not possible w sliders. Screening can be added to the OEM’s.
Find some pop outs for the rear doors. Add a FW904RS to the driver side. Depending on roof accessories a Maxx Fan w built in rain deflector will help w airflow. Your Fiberine windows will be good in dry weather but you need some draw from lower in the van. Add vent visors to the front doors. This will provide a couple of inches of opening.
CR Laurence has discontinued many of the Non Sorinter/Transit windows. And due to the compound curve of the Econoline /GMC exterior sheet metal the flat universal windows do not work unless they are very narrow.
