It looks well kept, but it (and everything in it) is 25 years old - even though all the appliances may be working now, can’t imaging a new owner wouldn’t be faced with some upgrades in the immediate (or near) future. For that reason I think it’s priced on the high side in this market - but that in itself is subject to negotiation & the buyers motivation.

Looks well taken care of. I would say its probably a bit over market price. I don't love that layout (EB50 would be way better), but I don't think they are out of the ball park. Dealers can be tricky. I wonder what they paid for it? $35k?
