Interesting....I've had this as well on my 2013 with transfer flow tank after a fill up with no visible leaks and I've spent a ton of time underneath addressing surface rust and replacing the house battery. May have the shop do a cursory look next time I'm in for service. I do recall SMB adding either a secondary or larger EVAP cannister when they installed the oversize tank.

Well, my van was old when I got it (95 purchased by by me in 2012 or so) and it was much older technology (460, older Transferflow front and rear tanks I replaced with a single Aerotank designed for a diesel van.

My take was that the Aerotank just didn't work well with the vents and canister on that van or that I had a blockage or leaky vent/line that I never found. It only happened when I filled it to the brim, so that could've been a big part of the problem too.
