2005 Ford E350 extended van
not happy about this and it pains me to do it after such a long search and so much homework but life changes require we down size the toy department and this van tows the toys so it goes too!
i hunted for a good clean (not white) south western states diesel E series long wheel base van for quite a while, i wanted one with the XLT options (PW PDL tow mirrors, cloth interior) and that had not been through the ford dealer warranty network in its life since if you know PSD 6.0s you know some were good some were not so good and finding one that hasn't been butchered is even harder,
then I found this two owner originally from Arizona E350 via a friend of a friend of a friend with 130 odd k on it no accidents no warranty claims under the ford 100k warranty and everything working good, had it shipped here and got my diesel guy to give it the once over and let me know what needed sorting, new water pump and power steering brake pump and all new steering and ball joints plus brakes and a glow plug module, fresh oil pump and o rings (had that problem before) basically tried to make it bullet proof!
it has 140k on it now, i talked with Chris at UJoint off road and got a couple quotes for the whole 4X4 conversion and lift, i had the EGR plugged and had swamps diesel make me a custom map for an SCT tuner for economy and the tuner which also has performance and tow tunes in it along with the stock tune, it has a K&N filter fitted also,
the vans is good condition has a few small marks here and there, good toyo tires and 16 MB Alloy wheels. 265/75 Hankook Dynapro All Terrain tires. Power windows. Power locks. 3.55 axle ratio w/ locking rear differential., no side windows and a sliding side door, it starts runs and stops like an E series should, has the a fore mentioned power windows and power locks and larger towing mirrors, it was originally owned by a dirt bike rider and has been lined in the rear and did have a bulk head and rear seat which have since been removed,
its a solid start for an Apocalypse survival van as i had planned or a daily workhorse weekend tow vehicle, oh and its long!
$11999 firm on the price for now since i know how hard it was to find and i know what I've done to it to make it right and i looked at a lot of junk before this beauty turned up, I don't want to trade it and the bank holds the title, van is located in Atlanta
