Re: 2006 E350 RB w/elec PH

Right. I think I paid about $8800 for the electric top and Thule bars. It originally came with 3 bars and I added 2 more. The Thule tower part that mounts to the track is no longer made, as always Thule has a replacement part. I was lucky to find 2 pairs with lock and key on eBay a few years ago. I think they're all keyed alike but I don't recall. I KBB'ed the value of the van and didn't want to gouge anyone or have it sit around forever so I set the price fairly. I thought it best for a forum member to enjoy what I'm unable to.

Oh, forgot to mention that registration was just paid for the year, (approx $156) and title is clear and in my name.

Van is located in Cupertino, CA. a sleepy no nothing burb just outside of San Jose, CA. Cupertino was HP's former headquarters and is still Apple's. You could fly into San Jose (SJC) and I would gladly pick you up.

Thank goodness. I was about to tell my wife I couldn't go to San Diego with her this weekend...

Congrats! And to whomever bought this van, YOU SCORED!

Re: 2006 E350 RB w/elec PH

If this was real estate I'd would be accepting offers .. It would be kinda not cool to raise the price because of the amount of interest in my simple ad. I've seen it done before on CL and I think its just a rotten move and I would never do it.

I think I could've asked for a tiny bit more but as I mentioned earlier I wanted to price it fairly and not sitting around because I was greedy and wanted too much. I really wanted someone to enjoy this while the camping season is still before us.

Buyer should be on a flight tomorrow. I'll update the ad once the deal is completed. Thank you all for your interest in my van.

I feel the same way you do. When I sold my SMB I had planned to advertise here and ask a "low" price just so that it would sell quickly and with no hassle, plus give someone a great rig. As it turned out a friend of mine bought it so I didn't get to that stage.

Good van, happy buyer and seller, good karma
