2x used flexible solar panels - Seattle

I have 2x used flexible solar panels that I brought home from the shop that I work at. They were removed from our trailers some time ago and have been collecting dust. Both are the same brand/model, specs are here:

Price retail for $180 each. Asking $180 for both or $90 each. Since these are used, I am willing to provide an "in good faith" guarantee - if they don't work as expected, I'll give you your money back if it's within 30 days of purchase. Feel free to make an offer if you feel the price isn't right. Located in Seattle, prefer not to ship, but may be able to do so at buyer's expense.

Neither have been tested for extended periods of time connected to a battery/charge controller, but I have tested them both in full sun with a volt-meter and both showed expected max VOC (around 20v).

Panel #1
Has a gouge in on the lower-left of the panel. The damage does not appear to have impacted the solar cell in that quadrant and the voltage test made it seem that it did not impact the overall solar output.
