I would like to know a fair selling price for my 2010 Sportsmobile with a 6.0 Diesel Engine. I see they are all over the place from $100K - $180K. I have invested quite a bit of money into it. I know I'll never get back what I put into it. I'd like to know what you guys think would be a fair price to ask.
Use all Eastwood Products to prevent any rusting. Always garage kept. Has 99,640 Miles on it right now.
I have attached my Bullet Proofing Invoice.
Other things I have done.
1. 2 New Van Batteries and 1 New House Battery in 2020
2. 2 New Custom Front Leather Heated and Power Seats
3. Deleted EGR and CAT
4. Auxiliary 45k Trans Cooler
5. Aluminum Radiator
6. New Vacuum Brake Booster, /coolant filter
7. Just Installed New Rear Aluminess Rear Bumper and Side Steps
8. New Nitto Ridge Grappler Tires LT295/70 R17
9. Have new Deaver Springs and New Fox Shocks but not installed yet
10. All New Brake Pads and Front Rotors
11. CTS3 Edge Monitor
12. Front and Rear Lockers
13. Sound Deadening on All Doors and Floor with Insulation
14. Power Door Locks, Windows, and Navigation System
15. Rear Backup Sensors - Remote Key Pad Entry Lock
16. 4:10 Gears
17. Custom MBRP Exhaust
I do think Eric is in the right ballpark, though I might go a little higher. When you write up your For Sale ad, there's a lot you haven't mentioned so far, but it in the attachments that you included (air compressor, ARB f/r lockers, propane stove delete, microwave, far more detail about the bullet proofing...).
BTW, I love the wrapping of the rear windows, genius.

With all the work done with receipts to prove it, I would list it for $120k. When writing the description, make sure to include all the goodies you upgraded.

Very nice SMB! Take a look at "Bring a trailer" web site...high end, people with cash, bidding site (bidding against each other boosts price), max $5K commission, have seen several going for premium prices...another member showed me this and I look at least once a week...excellent site...Good luck, though as nice as it is, I bet 'SOLD' fast

Just to be sure, I checked out commission, fees etc, at "Bring a Trailer" web site, and to my surprise the commission is paid by the buyer, not the seller as I had thought...so a $99 listing fee and a $250 picture/gallery option where they must contract a local photographer...
"Sellers pay a $99 listing fee, with the option to add our Plus photo service for an additional $250. There are no other seller fees on BaT.
Buyers pay a 5% fee on top of the final sale price to BaT, with a minimum of $250, and capped at $5,000.
Contact us for pricing of our White Glove Service."
