We live in St. Augustine, FL and used this mostly for going camping, family outings and surf contests with our boys. Made some great memories with this van but the kids are grown now and going in different directions and we have not used as much as we'd like.

There is some rust on the lower driver side panels but can easily be repaired. The engine has over 200K miles but runs perfect and has been maintained by same mechanic since I have owned it.

Asking $45K but open to thoughts from Forum members on fair and equitable price based on all the extras we've added. Feel free to send me DM ... thanks.

Would greatly appreciate any wisdom, counsel, or guidance on selling this van. Or feedback on price. Having my mechanic pull all detailed receipts so will update original post as lots of items replaced / fixed that are not on original post. Thanks in advance for any guidance! Send me a PM if that works better.

You have a really nice van, super clean and looks to be well take care of... but the price is high for the mileage. Right now I can buy a van like this from Tim at Timberline Vans in Golden, CO with a warranty, 27K on the clock for the same price. There are also used rigs like this with a penthouse top for the same price, most people are not going to want to spend this kinda of cash on a people hauler with accessories. Doesn't mean someone won't buy it, it just won't be someone who has done their research or someone on this forum per say... where do you have it listed for sale other than on here?? Expedition portal, all the FB van pages (lots of trolls on FB) but worth posting... I'd consider reducing your price by 10-12k and you might have more interest. Plus right now is a tough time to sell a van base on the current situation.

Thank you MSD!

Thank you MSD ... that is exactly what I was looking for. Some honest feedback ... even told my wife and kids that establishing “value” on something we might hold dear does not always translate to what others may think. Knew the high mileage was going to be a negative. Very much appreciate your counsel. Thanks!
