I've seen a few people surprisingly have success by delisting it, and relisting for a higher price. You never know.

Also, as much as I'd hate to deal with many craigslist potential buyers, have you listed it there? It will get a lot of exposure.

I’ll leave the ad up for another week or so, then try a new ad. I did have it on Craigslist. It got a lot more attention on the forum
