Also, if anyone is considering this, I may be interested in some sort of trade/cash for a low mileage 4dr/4wd truck. Preferably a Tacoma/Colorado size, but would be willing to consider others, in case that is a roadblock for anyone interested.
I wouldn't let the 6.0 stop you, it has definite advantages (power, transmission), just know that it can take a little extra work to make it fully reliable. Herb
Look up bulletproofing (Ford 6.0l) online. I'm no diesel guy but I'm pretty sure it can range from a couple grand to 6 or so. It is worth it from what I've heard. One and done.
