Used penthouses are rarer than hen's teeth.......and that's the only choice if you'd rather not have SMB install one, as they only sell them installed.

I did consider that, as it looks to be selling locally.. But I'm spending two weeks camping on the way to CCV, so it's staying on until then.. And getting hauled back on my trailer.
