As far as the awning goes, I think I am over my head with installing it, so if anyone wants it same price $400 pick up in Eagle Rock near the Rosebowl. Awning and SMB install kit.
Ray saved the day, will be ordering his kit for this. The SMB kit is up for grabs.

I don’t think so.
I purchased them through Sportsmobile but they did have the Bushwacker fenders.
You definitely need the van to be lifted.

Yep keeping it, but using Ray's Z Brackets so the SMB install kit is available

As long as your van is lifted, you do not need to modify the wheel wells. My wheel wells are stock with the Sportsmobile 4x4 suspension.
