The flange that the bottom block is mounted to is not as wide/deep as the Aluminess bumper so the block is closer to the van. This means that the swing arm block rests on the angled portion. It is the only way I could get it to work.
I suppose I could add a heavy piece of aluminum or steel that extends past the edge of the flange so that the block is directly under the swing arm. Have to think about that.
Good idea to use a safety chain as too.
