Could you elaborate on your electrical system that will be running the induction cooktop? It looks like you have a pretty heafty inverter under the rear seat. What are you running for a battery bank?
Your build is awesome and I really appreciate you taking the time to document it. Cheers!
Yes, we put in a xantrex freedom xc 2000

I added a second Deka 4D AGM where the propane tank sat, these are rated for close to 200 amp hours each, so a total of 400 amp hours or 200 usable. To monitor the state of charge, a victron battery monitor was installed, for accurate readings, all of the grounds are fed through a common busbar or distribution block.

The True induction stovetop pulls 1800W on high temp, it is a variable load, so draws much less at lower temp settings.
I’m adding a 100W panel to the roof rack in addition to the 135W Kyocera panel already up there and I have a Renogy 100W suitcase panel that I can plug in to a side port when needed.

Here it is installed.....yay! Attachment 24733
Also got some new LED rear backup lights from Superbrightleds to replace the other LED’s I had thrown in a few years back, as they were filled with sand, the plastic lenses had a permanent fog and a few of the diodes had gone out.

Great work with this build! Using it for a lot of inspiration on my penthouse rebuild. I have the same bumper and want to upgrade the lights as well. I tried finding these on the superbrightled's site under auxillary lighting but couldn't find them. This might be a shot in the dark but would you happen to have a part number for them?
I need to take some pics of work that’s been completed, I’m a bit behind on posting the updates....The build is pretty much completed as of a few weeks ago and I paid my last rent on the space up in Loveland....no more commuting an hour each way!
All the major stuff is done, there’s only a few things left to button up like installing the new curtains and some cabinet doors.
Anyway, backup lights....yes, I was able track them down, seem well made, nice housing and they’re superbright[emoji849]

I got the 2-pack 60*

Yes, its been enlightening following the build. Gives me a sense of hope with regards to the prospect of one day "remodeling" our Van vs just swapping out for a newer model - Ya become attached to the one you own.
Some remorse knowing your updates will now dwindle. Great job with the well-thought-out reconstruction...simply impressive.
Was out doing some adjustments on the door cabs today and managed to get some new pics....
Rear speakers finally in
This truckfridge is huge!
Under bench seat slider doors and storage, still need to put on hardware
From the rear of the van, with a full pass through on one side of the slider doors
Side door storage and flip up/down shelves/table. I used snaps to secure the bottom shelf
Other side with a place for the fold up step stool
Floor detail, aluminum angle and threshold
