Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
I put a rebuilt and modded chevy 350 and a 700 R4 tranny in my 77 SWB window van.

Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
Nice job on the box Larrie. I added a 12,000 lb winch to my SMB last week.

Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
I ran mine out of gas driving to work today! Apparently the low fuel light on this 95 either doesn't work or isn't there, and/or the guage doesn't work right.
Fun.

Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
Finally upgraded the front speakers before the road trip to SMB West.
Do I get to check things off here if I paid SMB west to do them?

Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
Installed an air compressor coupler on the bottom portion of the Aluminess ladder. Much easier to access than the previous location which was in the right rear compartment where my compressor is installed.

Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
Technically not "today"
But last week I:
Replaced both the old Costco crappy house batteries with two new Lifeline group 31XT batteries.
Removed the 1995 barely functioning Norcold fridge, and replaced it with my Engel 35qt (temporary)
Removed a cabinet that held the stove and blocked one of the side doors, greatly opening up free space inside the van

Re: What did you do to your SMB today?
blupaddler, you are now on your way to a complete interior redo! I took out that stove... BAM... took out everything from the steering wheel back, and down to the paint and started over. I recall you saying you were tempted to do the same, well, my friend, you just started whether you realize it or not

Ha!
I was wondering if you'd see my post.
Don't worry, no garage and lack of funds is preventing the full gut at this point.
For now...
