Not quite. Phil's van is sporting Eli's brackets, which were the predecessor of the Z-brackets.

Thanks for the correction Herb, I mistakenly thought they were Z's brackets when I looked at it. I had never heard of Eli's brackets before this thread.

I've just been hanging around here much longer than you have.
No matter what brackets you end up with, I think they're almost all better than the SMB installed brackets.

Re: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets
If someone does make more brackets I would be interested in a set. PM me if you do. I just ordered a CVT awning and don't have a way to mount it yet. I couldn't pass up the 30% off deal through the group buy on the expedition portal site. Thanks.

Re: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets
I'd buy a set as well if someone made them.

Re: Z's Fiamma Awning Brackets
With the ExPo group but for CVT awnings going on.....I am more motivated than ever to find some brackets. Has anyone heard anything from Van Specialties? Anyone tooling up to make their own?

Correct, they are Eli's version. I would prefer three mounting points, but these have held up to a fair amount of 4 wheeling not to mention Death Valley washboard roads.
