No power at the wire

I recently bought a 2012 e350 quigley I have the factory build sheet from original owner van was ordered with upfitter switches as well as trailer control from from Ford after finding this thread I found my wire ends and installed 2 relays and 2 30 amp fuse in fuse panel under the hood when I throw the switch for the relay they click but power is not making it down the wire what I'm trying to figure out is it a possibility there is a plug of some sort in the harness that needs to be connected to check that I was not nuts I powered up the wire with a power prob and checked the relay side in the panel with a multimeter and I got nothing no power or ground just a dead wire any help would be greatly appreciated switches are lighting up when in the on position and 10 amp fuse is good under the dash thanks in advance
