Lithium cell Configuration and BMS

I'm working on making Lithium Ion NCM battery bank. I have total of 16 batteries(cells). The cells are 3.7v and 94 AH each. Plan is to build a 12v system with as much amp-hour as possible. I did some online research and looks like a 4S4P will give me a 12v and 376 AH. But it looks like I'll also need multiple BMS's to achieve balancing, over charge/ over draw protection, High /low voltage protection

Here's my question:
  1. Is there a cell configuration i can use to achieve 12v with least amount of BMS involved with all the protection and about 250AMP capable?
  1. What are some good, reliable, somewhat economical BMS brands? I'm somewhat limited in this because my cells are not LiFePo4 which have a slightly different charge profile than Li-Ion (NCM) batteries I have.

Attached is my cell specifications

Thanks
