Mobile viewing
I used to be able to, on my phone, switch to the full site and it worked fine. Now it defaults to mobile view, even when I click on the 'view full site' link. What gives?

I have the same problem. If I go to the site via clicking a link from an email notification, however, I get to the full site, not the mobile site. That's my work around.

Which browser / mobile operating system are you guys on?
I'm on an iphone --- and had been happily using the Chrome mobile browser to view the SMB Forum (in full web version like you guys are saying) --- but it suddenly stopped displaying anything but the stripped-down basic mobile version several months ago. Can't get it to cooperate anymore.
Safari continues to display the full web version however.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note with Android. If I go in directly from Chrome, I get the mobile version. If I link from gmail--which I think is a Chrome variant on my OS--then I get the full version. Go figure.

Ya, I use Tapatalk too, while not perfect, I like the format much better for mobile viewing. It’s much easier to copy/paste, take or pull photos from your phone while in the thread.

Oddly enough I do not have the problem. Am running an iPhone SE, basically a 6 in a smaller package, with the latest version of the OS.
I went to the site and got the public version of the mobile site. Then requested the desktop site. After it loaded i logged in. It stayed on the full site as I surfed around and posted this.

Several months back I started having to request the desk top site when opening the forum. Not a big deal for me. I'm running an s7 edge. Same with my s-2 tab. I don't know if the Tech admin reads this section or not. Robb if you want to you can PM Janet directly or use the contact button at the bottom of the page. I'll go ahead and make them aware of it but it's best they deal with you (or any members) who are having issues.

You might try a restart on the device. I think this is cookie related.
